ORIGINAL: Bottom 3 customer service experience of my life. Absolutely zero ownership of an issue I was having. Adversarial towards their own call centre. Told me to go to another retailer to solve my issue. If I could give zero for this store, I would. I am a loyal 15+ year Telstra customer and this pathetic excuse for customer service almost overshadows any positive experience I have had. Go to any other store at all costs.
