    Unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience at any hotel in the world. Denise the manager was rude, lacked any managerial standard and was truely unwillingly to accomodate for some minor changes. Made us feel uncomfortable, and made false accusations upon us.
    She built up a high expectation via email correspondence and once payment was received none of which she said in writing was actually provided on arrival. In such a high customer experience industry, her attitude left a distain not only to her hotel but our entire stay at Burleigh.
